Carbon Black N234 is recommended to be used in the tread rubber of tires for heavy lorries, for ordinary cars, and the rubber products required.



mainly for tire-related products like tubes, treads, belts, and hoses. Common carbon black tire grades are N120, N234, N326, N330, N339, N351, N550, N650, N660, and LH30.N234 CARBON BLACK for tires Fine active carbon black with increased structure. Provides high wear resistance and high level of reinforcement of different rubbers. Rubbers, containing N-234, are characterized by high modulus and good smooth extrusion of raw compound.



An improved process high structure carbon black, N234 has excellent wear and extrusion properties. Used in all elastomers, especially DBR/BR blends for treads and tread rubbers.





N234 carbon black for tires is an intermediate super abrasion furnace black characterised by higher surface area and a higher structure. It is used for high-quality rubber products bonded with tread of high-speed tyres. The wear resistance of the compound used in this product is better than that of N220, N242 and N339, and its wear resistance is about 10% higher than that of N220.





When used in high severity, it can show better wear resistance. The compound has good processability and smooth extruded surface, which is suitable for all kinds of rubber.
